I would like to either cancel my Nest subscription or talk with someone who can provide me a billing invoice and can provide other billing questions.

Hi Todd,
We are a user community here and since we are volunteers we won't be able to help with subscriptions. If you signed up for Nest Aware in the Google Store you can check for receipts and other details there. Google Subscriptions & Services - Google Store
