Looking for Certificate of Monitoring

I pay for Nest Aware, and was told by my insurance agent that I could qualify for a discount if I am able to obtain a Certificate of Monitoring from Google.

I have already tried support chats, but have gotten nowhere.  This seems like a relatively simple requirement - has anyone else had any luck?
