Motion sensor

I'm trying to setup notifications for my motion sensors. I have 3 motion sensors that go off when one of the doors opens or closes, when they open or close I get a chime that comes from my nest hub. I'm trying to get a notification that goes to my phone as well so I can know when my doors open when I'm not home. Any idea how to do this because I cannot find any settings that enable it.
