My Nest Aware Subscription Disappeared

I received an email about getting a Nest Aware subscription, but when I went into my Nest account I already had one and it was on auto renew. Suddenly, this morning (9/24/23) my subscription disappeared. When i go in to look at it/renew it/or get a new one - the page opens blank. I go to the help section, but it will NEVER take me to the third step, which is to actually contact Google. This is a mind boggling circle which I just keep going through over and over and I can't get help. There is no chat, no email, no phone. And in the meantime I have no security.

I’m in the same boat! Very frustrating keeps sending me in circles with no answers and no solution. Did you figure out next steps to sign back up?

Is your issue a subscription issue?

If so, did you try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below?  You're supposed to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

@Kwan, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We hear you and we wanted to help you with this. You may hit the link shared above and make sure that your same email address is signed in. To confirm, what Nest Aware subscription do you have? How do you check your subscription? On the Nest app you can go to Settings> Nest Aware> you can see here your active subscription. If not, try signing in your other email address or check your subscription with your other home structures.

Sorry, I do not need this scam anymore (switching to Blink), This exactly happened in the past when Nest increased their prices a few years back.

What issue were you having, anyhow?

The recently-announced price increases are the first since Google Nest introduced the (2nd gen) Nest Aware and Nest Aware Plus subscriptions in 2020.

Please read the top post, that exact issue I have as others are complaining about. No help at all just making me go in a circle. Team Nestaware has been the worst nightmare everytime I contacted them in the past 10+ years (for sure they are third-party service providers and don't care.

I have the same issue. It is SO frustrating and it takes me in circles. 4 days and an intelligent person can’t figure it out. How about a phone call?

On the Resources page, just click on "Next step" without selecting any of the Help links, to get to the contact options page.

@EdmondB, Actually, I did try to find the solution but Team Nest aware was just making me go around in a circle and have no solution (I gathered enough evidence of their lies). I was forced to pay new prices since I was kicked out and my house and family were unsecured for 2 weeks. I am now seeking help from a local court.

Do I recommend NEST aware? definitely not and never will after this scam, since this third-party management of nest awareness can't be trusted and this will be echoed online once I get help from the local court. Let's see If this gets the attention of Google officials to hear me out. I am no longer interested in to talking anyone in team NEST aware, I wasted over 12+ hours.
