I have checked my Nest Aware subscription and it is current. I have tried both the browser and my Android App. with the same result.

Hi @rileys2344 - What happens when you try to view the live feed, what error message do you receive? Are you able to pull your cameras up on the Google Home app?

I have no errors or issues when I look at it live on either the App or the web browser. All video without an event is greyed out and will not show me the recorded video.

Thanks for the clarification @rileys2344. Do you have the nest aware or nest aware plus? Only the plus version can do 24/7 recording while nest aware only records events.

I only have Nest Aware. I was not aware there were levels. It used to be that Nest Aware gave you 24/7 full video recording.

Yeah, sorry about that @rileys2344 im not sure when they made the switch. You can find more info here: https://store.google.com/us/product/nest_aware?hl=en-US

Google Nest added Nest Aware and Nest Aware Plus subscription plans in the middle of 2020 that covered all cameras and doorbells in a Google Nest "home". The 1st gen subscriptions were 24/7 but covered just one device. That's when we switched from the per-camera subscriptions to Nest Aware Plus; it's been at $120/year for U.S. subscriptions since then.
