I was notified by Google of a huge pricing change if I did not migrate my NEST Aware before renewal. So I migrated several weeks before the renewal date. The process failed on the last webpage screen. I tried several times but same error. So I spent several patient and calm hours with Google support several times, TWO WEEKS BEFORE my plan renewal. Google Support cound not sort it, said they would review and get back to me with a fix. They did not. I was then charged double the rate of the last five years Oct 2024 and I am still trying to get it fixed and my money back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and would not invest in NEST equipment again. Be smart and get your own onsite cameras and storage
