it appears others have the same problem.......I am paying the monthly charge for Nest Aware yet I am not getting any recordings.........Help

Your cameras should be in the same Google Nest "home" as your Nest Aware subscription.
If you view your newer camera in the Google Home app and click "History", you should see a timeline with events flagged in color. If you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription, you should be able to scroll through 24/7 history; if you click "Full history" you should see a list of events with an image of each. If you go to Settings and click "Video", it should show your Nest Aware subscription under "Video History".
If you view your older camera in the Google Nest app and click on the image, you should see a list of events with an image of each (depending on which events you're filtering). If you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription and turn your phone sideways, you should see a scrollable timeline on the right. If you go to Settings and click "Nest Aware", it should show your Nest Aware subscription.
