Hello,
My Nest app on my iPhone keeps losing connection to the Nest service when i'm looking at video feeds or at the thermostat. I have to try and hit back and let it refresh. Using the Google Home app never drops but i can't look at the full video feeds. Any ideas how to fix this?

hello! thank you for responding and yes, I would still appreciate some help on this issue. I've rebooted the network and uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times. any additional support would be great. thanks!

hello, i thought i did but its not appearing. i tried the steps you outlined and it worked for a couple days but its back to disconnecting. are there other steps to try?

Hey there,
Via the Google Home app: Open Google Home and click on the hamburger icon (the three horizontal lines in the top left). In the drop-down list, click on "My Activity" and you'll soon see a list of all the interactions you've had with Google Assistant.

i still don't know how to view the full video feeds in the google home app. in the full history, i see only motions, i can't see the full video feed like i can in the Nest app. is there anyway to do that?

Unfortunately that isn't an option within the Google Home app and you can only do so in the Nest app with the Nest Aware subscription.
