Nest Aware Active but 2 of 3 cameras not recording

I renewed my Nest Aware subscription this morning but 2 of my 3 outdoor cameras are not recording activity and they show Nest Aware as active.

I'm just another customer, but I would be tempted to try the following on the 3rd camera if it were mine: Unplug the camera for a short while and plug it back in. Turn Video Recording off and then turn it back on. Check your Filter to make sure you're not filtering out any events. Walk in front of the camera to trigger what should be a few events and see if they show up and you get notices. If that doesn't work, double-check your activity zones and your notification settings.

You could try contacting Google Nest Support (starting here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp), but you're most likely past the 1-year warranty, so all they could probably suggest would be a factory reset (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162?hl=en#zippy=%2Cnest-cam-or-dropcam).

@KL5

Under Settings for those two Google Nest Outdoor Cameras in the Google Nest app, under the Video Recording option, do you have that option turned on?

Yes both are on. One just recorded one event but the other has nothing.

@KL5

If you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription, you should get 24/7 recording, with events flagged.

If you have a Nest Aware subscription, you should get just detected events in your video history. Are you getting notifications for events that are not showing up in your history?

two of my 3 outdoor cameras are picking up sound and motion. My 3rd camera is not picking up anything but i can see a live picture that has sound. I have a Nest Aware subscription. It’s been over 2 days now and there ships be at least a couple images in my history for that 3rd camera.  It used to record cars going past our house. The camera has not been moved.

All cameras are now working profusely as they did before my subscription expired. It must just take time for the cameras to reboot on their own because i didn’t do anything.  Thanks to all who offered help.
