Nest Aware Cameras and Doorbells

I have my doorbell camera for a long time and have my subscription updated, but I have not been able to get any history.  Some events are happening and I’m not able to see what’s going.  Any feedback will be appreciated.  Thank you




You should be able to see your subscription status here:

In addition, if you go into Settings in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app and select Nest Aware, it should show your current subscription.

If this doesn't clarify your situation, you can go to this help page and select the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription? Have you possibly been on a trial for nest aware? Here is a great link on how nest aware works and how to subscribe.
