Nest Aware Familiar Faces not recognizing any compatible devices

I have been using Nest cameras for years now.  I currently added to my nest ecosystem by purchasing four additional cameras (2 outdoor / 2 indoor).  They are all up and running and I added Nest Aware Plus for the added features.  The issue I am having is when I go to activate/ set up the Familiar Face function the Google Home app states "No compatible device".  

I am able to view 60 days of events as well as 24/7 video for 10 days.... but no luck with the familiar faces.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
