I signed up for Nest Aware plus in August and paid the full year fee of $150.00. It is not working. How do get this resolved?

If you have 2nd gen cameras, do you have recording turned on in the Google Home app?
Is your Nest Aware Plus subscription in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera(s)?
