Nest Aware Sub

Recently switched my email and had to delete all my items on the home app to start over with the new email. I paid in April for the Nest Aware subscription for the year. Am I able to transfer this subscription or get a refund for the time I don’t use it? I tried going into my old account to view my subscription but it says it doesn’t even exist. I’m nervous it will auto renew in April of next year and I can’t find it.

@RM925, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We understand your concern however, there's no option to transfer your subscription from one account to another. You may check your subscription to the Google Store and make sure you're signed with your old account and cancel it there. You will also receive a refund if you have the first-generation Nest Aware; but, if you have the second-generation model, there is no return available.
