Nest Aware Subscription lost

All my nest devices dropped offline — protects and doorbell.  This happened after I tried opening the nest app on an M1 IPAD running IOS 15.  It had been working fine on my phone.  I removed the IPAD app and reinstalled, and nothing  showed up for my home.  Went to the iphone, also on IOS 15, and everything was disconnected there too.  Nothing I did would cause NESt app to see anything.

I removed and reinstalled the iphone app, and manually went around and added every device back into NEST.  While the protects are working, the NEST AWARE PLUS subscription I had was disconnected, and now shows a trial.  I checked the cameras today, and I am only getting motion recordings, rather than 24x7 recording.

There is NOTHING useful that I could find on Google site to reconnect the subscription.  I paid for it, and I also had a lot of long term history there as well.  Our footage is very often used to identify unwanted vehicles parking in our neighborhood, or trolling through over night.

How in the world do I get reconnected to the subscription, and access to all the footage that Google has stored for the past 60 days.

I had a similar problem. The only thing you can do is to call their customer support and to prepare for a long battle.

This is an ancient Google Nest problem, which obviously they find easier to handle torturing the cusomers rather than fix the bug or enhance the functionality. Please update your case if anything changes.

as already shared, I simply resubscribed to Nest Aware and gave up on pushing for access to past stored videos.
