I have a Nest Hello doorbell with a 1st Gen Nest Aware subscription. I just bought a Nest Cam with Floodlight. I went to upgrade my nest aware subscription to cover both cameras and got "something went wrong, try again later." I finally get the order to go through and it's not tied to any of my cameras at all, no upgrade, still 1st gen aware on Doorbell and no service on the floodlight, despite having an order from the google store.
Been chatting for over an hour and just keep getting sent the link to the store.google.com/us/subscriptions where I get my error message. This is really frustrating.
