Nest Aware camera accidently turned off

I accidently turned off a Nest Aware Camera from a remote location.  How can I turn the camera back on without being physically present at the camera location.  It is 400 miles distant

Open the Google Home or Nest app and toggle the camera on from there.

That should work.
