This has been the most frustrating process. My nest aware was renewed under the wrong product, the only way to fix this solution was a representative telling me to cancel the subscription and subscribe again for my doorbell. I was hesitant to do but their reassured me I would receive refund right away.
it’s almost 2 weeks now, in less then a month I’ve purchased 2 subscriptions, one being cancelled, I’ve spoken to about 10 people and no refund yet. I keep being told my case is escalated and I will get a call within 24-48 hours and no one calls. I call again, spend hours being transferred from one person to another, calls being hung up on. This is beyond ridiculous! I would have never cancelled and pushed them to figure out another solution, if I knew Nest aware would be playing these kind of games. Can I please get my refund back, at this point I’d prefer to cancel and stop using this all together!

Thank you. I was supposed to receive a new email with the case id from Monday and was supposed to hear back by today afternoon. This is the last case id I have 1-2449000034734 and prior to that one, from Saturday, which I never received a call for yet was 2-4269000035334
