Nest Aware

I subscribed to Nest Aware Plus on the 24th July 2021. After subscribing we had to redo our home nest network as a user left the group and we couldn't control anything. Just to be clear we are at the same property and I am using the same gmail account. I am not however receiving Nest Aware Plus I have paid for, and I presume it is on the old account which no longer has any Nest products associated with it. Why is this so difficult to fix. I am paying for something and feel I have no control, plus you are impossible to connect with.

Hi there, Wstott0.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry this has been your experience. I can imagine that not having this access to your Nest Aware has made things difficult. I would love to look into this further for you and find a solution.

  • Have you tried to cancel the service and then resub on the correct account with all of the devices?
  • Please visit this link here for more information on managing your subscription to Nest Aware.

Please let me know if you need further assistance with this issue. It is generally a process that is done on your account end as we cannot edit or remove a subscription for you, or transfer it either.

Best Regards,

Brad.
