Nest Aware.

When I touch « confirm the purchase » I have always the error message: [OR-IEH-01].

After many months I can’t get « Nest Aware ». The Google’s support service can’t help me.

What can I do to solve this problem ?

Thanks for reaching out. Are you trying to subscribe to Nest Aware subscription for the Nest Cameras? What browser are you using? Is your account migrated to Google? Please make sure that your Google Payment account is activated, and all your card details are updated. Also, you may try to use a different browser. We also suggest you contact Google Store so they can further assist you with your concern.
