Nest Doorbell

I moved on July 1st.  The doorbell is still there and not hooked up.  It clearly shows that.  Being charged for one year when we moved and to top it off, charged $20 more than the previous two years.

I consider this rude and unprofessional.  One month charge is fine since I didn’t tell this company I moved, but where is the professionalism on your part?

We want to assure you that you have full control over your Nest Aware subscription. You can easily cancel it at any time through your Google Home app or by visiting our website.

Additionally, we send out email notifications to inform our customers about upcoming subscription renewals and any price changes. It’s possible that you may have missed these emails.

To request a refund, please fill out this form. We understand that you may have questions about the refund process. Please note that submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed individually, and we will notify you of the outcome once our review is complete.
