I signed up for the free trial to see if it's worth the small cost, and after a few days the paid services are not available at all.
I'm using the right account and tried to clear the data on the nest app, but still nothing. It gives me the option to manage my subscription and tells me what services are offered, but none of the paid services. So far it's definitely not worth keeping.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for the info. I was able to get it to work.
The important thing to know if that you have to turn the video recording on in the settings so it keeps the video.

Hello I'm having the same issue I paid for the subscription but it doesn't show any subscriptions in my account and it ends on the 17th and I haven't had any paid service

There are a few different settings I had to check after I fully set up my device. Try this to see if it gives you any options.
Open the Google home app
Select the Device
Click on the settings icon in the upper right hand.
Select Nest Cam
Make sure the Home Monitoring Features are turned on. This is how I got my Nest Hub to act right.
