Nest aware , I am being charged yet unable to see more than a couple hours of history .

I have not been able to see more than live for a while now yet I’m paying for nest aware .  I’m getting no support and spent 2-3 hours trying to contact someone on line or by phone and over several days .  I want to cancel nest and move in to a different camera .

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not publish phone numbers for us to call.  You can try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."  You should get phone callback, live chat, or email options:

Is your subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google Account as your cameras?
