Nest aware and existing cameras not showing on app

Hi,

I have had two newer nest cameras that I can see on my google home app.  i added nest aware to be able to view past history etc.  The problem is that I cannot see any history since I added the Aware.  Anyone have any ideas or know how to call someone at google to fix this?  Thanks

Google Nest decided that its newer cameras and doorbells would work ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website.

However, a Nest Aware subscription covers ALL cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure". For the newer cameras and doorbells, you need to use the Google Home app to access history:

For your older cameras and doorbells, you can see event history in the Google Home app, but full 24/7 history is still accessed in the Google Nest app:

understood, but in the google home app i am still not seeing the 24/7 history.  Not sure if i need to turn something on?

If you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription for the Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras are located, and you have a newer camera that is "Live" at all times and recording 24/7 (the battery camera has to be plugged in with the optional power cable to record 24/7, and the battery doorbell CANNOT record 24/7 even if wired), then you can access 24/7 history in the Google Home app as described in the link I provided above.

Go to your camera in the Google Home app. Under the "Live" view, click on "History"; a horizontal timeline will appear below the live video. You can then scroll horizontally through your last 10 days of 24/7 history; it's cumbersome, not at all like the vertical timeline in the Google Nest app.

However, you won't see 24/7 history if you've gone into your camera's Settings, and under Video | Video History, you have checked "No video history".

You can check what subscription you have in the Google Home app or Google Nest app by going to Settings | Nest Aware.
