I migrated my nest aware as Google recommended. But then they never cancelled my original plan. I didn't catch it for almost a year as it was billed as almost the same name. I've been trying to get my refund for over 3 months now and finally the support just ignores my emails and my case goes missing. It's about time to get a class action lawsuit started because this clearly is an ongoing issue with numerous other individuals as well.

Similar situation, just posted too, double billed for legacy May 1, 2023 and May 1, 2024. My legacy subscription still hasn't been cancelled after several calls. I wish there is a form of recourse. Most frustrating experience.

They are literally ignoring my emails asking for updates from Case ID 5-0352000036227

They just got back to me and told me they can't refund more than a few months back. This is completely unacceptable.
