Nest aware history

My trail 30-day Nest Aware subscription expired. I renew it and my history is gone??? All the faces and the videos is gone. I want them back. How?

If your 30-day free trial Nest Aware subscription expired, Google Nest would have deleted your history (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9248198#zippy=%2Cnest-aware-nd-gen--day-trial%2Cwhat-ha...). If you purchased a paid Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription AFTER your 30-day free trial Nest Aware subscription expired, there is no way to get that prior history back.

Hello, tanks for answers. Im not happy about that my history was deleted so fast. Its stupid to delete it before Nest know if im going to start paying for the service. I think most people first test it then when it expired they start paying for the service. Trail ends in 30 days.. you get 30 more days to deside if you want to pay but you cant use it and your history stays under the extra 30 days. After that… delete!

I’m sorry if you feel that way. While you’re on a 30 day free trial, you can sign up for the paid subscription with the plan of your choice to get continuous service.
