What subscription issue are you having?

Paid for a year sub on 2 cameras and just got notified of cut off because of no payment.

I recently had the same thing, Nest mess up the subscription and then are super unhelpful and bully you onto the new and much lesser plans.

Hey there,

I am sorry to hear that you are having payment issues. I unfortunately cannot assist you with them directly, you will need to reach out to Support. If you had a Nest Aware subscription, either your cameras do not have a good internet connection, or they may be on a seperate Home/structure. I would suggest restarting them, making sure they all have a strong wifi connection.
