I bought a house that had a nest doorbell / camera already installed so I cannot scan the QR code. Can someone please help me step by step to be able to use the camera? doorbell.jpg

See the the link below for instructions. You'll need to download and install the Google Nest app on your phone or mobile device.

At about 1:56 in the video, there are instructions for scanning the QR code, or using the 6-character Setup Code below the QR code if you have trouble scanning the QR code.

At about 6:25 in the video, there are instructions for removing the doorbell. You can use a paperclip if you don't have the removal tool.

You might also want to consider buying a silicone skin on Amazon, since your doorbell (like one of ours) is peeling.

You also need to make sure that the previous owner has removed the Nest Hello doorbell in their Google Nest app; if they do not, you may not be able to use the doorbell. Then you'll need to do a factory reset on the doorbell before installing it in your Google Nest app:
