Hello, I have a couple year old Nest doorbell camera (wired) and the plastic on the front is chipping around the outside. I have read other users are facing same issue, and some got replacement units. Can someone help me getting replacement. I can provide unit model number etc and pictures of needed.

Thanks for stopping by the Google Nest community. To check on possible options in your specific case, I'd recommend that you contact the Google Nest support team directly.

I have tried this in past. They ask for the purchase receipt etc which I do not have. I am happy to share the model number or any other detail about the device. The bell was always under shade and it was not exposed to sun or rain. It is very strange how the front plastic is chipping around the camera etc.

This is mostly a user to user community, so there's nothing we can do to support unfortunately. I'd recommend continuing your conversation with Google support. That said, proof of purchase is a pretty standard and typical requirement in cases like this.
