I just bought a house that has multiple nest devices, how do I activate them?

Hi!

Check out this guide from Nest: Moving guide for Nest devices - Google Nest Help . Depending on the device you may have to factory reset.

If you want to subscribe to Nest Aware for any of the devices that are eligible you can do that once you've got them associated with your own account.

Hope that helps.

Doesn't the process in the link you provided work ONLY if the previous owner first removes the devices from their account in the Google Home app?  I've seen numerous posts in this forum from customers where the previous owner didn't do that, and the new owner is then unable to access the Nest devices.
