Several months ago, night vision on one of my cameras went out. In Nest Aware, I tried moving it from “auto” to “off”, unplugged the camera, cleaned the lens (which was not dirty) and “uninstalled” and re-installed” the camera. Nothing works. I reached out to Google and I already did what they recommended (which was what I explained above) and they will no longer respond to my requests for an answer. Can this be fixed or is my night vision broke? I have 2 other outside cameras that work fine, it’s just this one camera that won’t work. Any suggestions? I’m not good with technology but I can get help from a friend if you tell me exactly what to do and I’m sure he will help.
