I paid 60.00 for the year and I have no video event history(live video history) I'm getting frustrated with nest. Every time I renew this I have some type of problem. If this continues I will just go to swan

I'm just another customer and can't tell what's happening in your case, but here are a few things you could check:
1) Your Nest Aware subscription type and dates should show here:
https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US
2) In the Google Home app, if you select Settings | Nest Aware, you should get a screen showing what kind of Nest Aware subscription you have for your Google Nest "home"
3) In the Google Nest app, if you select Settings | Nest Aware, you should get a screen showing what kind of Nest Aware subscription you have for your Google Nest "home"/"structure".
4) If none of these help, Google Nest has supposedly introduced "Nest Aware Premier Care". Go to this "What you get with a Nest Aware subscription" link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9233159
Under "Nest Aware Premier Care", select the "Contact us" link to send you to the premier care link:
