No event recordings

I am having the same issue as user Nest888, camera we’re working fine during the trail now all I get are the notifications and 1 shot of the event. It’s like it freezes but I get live feeds. 

does anyone know what the issue is?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just a few questions: Do you have another Nest camera that is having the same issue after you purchased the Nest Aware subscription? Which app do you use to access your Nest camera? If you are using the Google Home app, have you tried reinstalling it just to make sure you have the latest software version?
