No longer continuous recording for older hard wired nest doorbell with nest aware

I have older nest doorbell with nest aware subscription I changed  my email address and now I no longer can have continuous record on my older nest doorbell with nest aware subscription of six dollars a month finally after two hours on the phone I come to find out that even older nest aware doorbells will no longer have a continuous record and it will not record unless there is any activity or motion google made this change to the subscription without simply point blank telling people that’s what they are doing it’s shameful for a company size of Google to change my features in my subscription in the middle of the subscription without even telling me they are doing that and give me the option to cancel and get another camera shame on you Google for wasting hours and hours of my time so I come to find out a simple thing you could’ve told people point-blank straight

Yep exactly the same as me, Google Nest are absolutely woeful and what they’re doing do their customers should be criminal. An absolutely bunch turds.

Keep spreading it online and hope that eventually someone might see it and take action before they loose customers in their masses.

I also had a problem with my nest subscription. I put in 6 help tickets. Every response I received didn't even seem like someone read or addressed my concerns. I ended up cancelling all my Google subscriptions and deleting all my payment methods from Google pay.
