No longer have playback on my nest camera since merging my account to Google

How do you playback your Nest video via Google? Never had a problem with video playback until we merged our account with Google. Now when we go to playback we only get a still picture, no video. 

We have deleted and reloaded the app, turned devices off and on, rebooted wifi, does not work.

I have the same issue. Restarted bot the device and Wi-Fi and removed and reinstalled app. Very frustrated.

Sounds like you are all having the same issue as me. Haven’t been able to access my cameras for 6 weeks with same app video freezing issue, might get a couple second of live view and then back to blue spinning circle, and then dreaming if I want to scroll back on the time line or watch a recorded video history events. Have you reported to Google support?
