No option to upgrade to nest aware plus

I want to upgrade to nest aware plus, but when I click the links, it only gives me the option for Nest Aware.  How do I get to Nest Aware Plus?

Hi mbel123,

Unfortunately to change your Nest aware subscription you will need to cancel the current one and create a new subscription.

I had this frustrating experience myself recently when I needed to change from a yearly subscription payment to a monthly payment.

I lost all my past video history and familiar faces that had been stored.

Managed to fix it - bug appears to be in the web application.  There is no option to upgrade there.  From the mobile phone (android) was able to find the upgrade option.

Awesome, glad to hear! You did a good job upgrading your subscription to the new Nest Aware plus plan. You may upgrade your subscription in the web browser or the Google Home app. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to https://goo.gle/2QcwNC7 > at the top right, tap Account > Subscription.
  2. From the Home nickname dropdown, select the home with the subscription you wish to manage.
  3. Do either of the following:
    • Click Upgrade to Nest Aware Plus​​​​​.
    • Next to the subscription, click the 3 vertical dots > Change your plan.
  4. Select Nest Aware Plus > click Next.
  5. Review the subscription details > Confirm Purchase.

I do not see the option to upgrade on web or mobile.  I just purchased Nest devices and signed up for the free trial of Nest Aware.  I already cancelled, but do I have to wait for the 30 days to expire before I can upgrade to the Nest Aware Plus subscription?  Otherwise, I simply do not see any indication of how to upgrade at this point.

Thank you.  I tried these links before writing on this forum, but I believe my trial has to expire before I am able to upgrade.  I chatted with a Nest agent and that was also the conclusion.  Thanks, again.
