No way to stop double billing for NEST

I am currently being billed for 1st generation NEST for the year and billed monthly for NEST Aware. My account is stuck in Migration since last September and I am unable to get in and cancel anything. I have reported this several times to Google Nest and they always say they will fix it and get back to me, but they never actually do anything. 

I have many incidents that say they will contact me in 24 hours and that does not happen. Now they have cancelled their phone number and I can no longer call about the problem.

Does anyone in the community have a suggestion how to get my accounts fixed and cancel the 1st generation membership and get a yearly Nest aware subscription?

Nest Support team's phone number : (855) 469-6378 and Carlos was great to help me get things fixed. They have cancelled my 1st generation Nest account so I believe that will resolve my issue.

You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to see if you get better results with this team. They say you can "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

This link just took me to the same area that had no solution. I did locate a phone number searching the web and got to support and they appear to have succesfully canceled my 1st gen Nest account and are processing a refund so this should resolve my issue.  Nest Support team's phone number : (855) 469-6378 and Carlos was great to help me get things fixed.

I have been experiencing the same issue.  I had a lengthy chat yesterday with a Google Nest "expert" and they were unable to rectify the situation.  So, for the past 6 months, I have been paying double and Google does not no how to fix it.  After migration, I am unable to access old Nest account.  Other threads do not recommend dealing with credit card company over this as Google will cancel entire account!  This all seems hard to believe that Google can get away with this!
