Not working since free trial

My old account I used yahoo to log in. Nest aware worked great! Zero complaints.  Changed to Google log in account(like it kept bugging me to do). It wouldn’t let me “merge” so deleted the entire yahoo account and started fresh with a Google log in account. The free trail worked great and after that it won’t let me do a subscription to nest aware OR let me sign up for energy saving rebates.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your Trial period! I know how helpful having a Nest Aware subscription can be. I do need some clarification on why you are unable to sign up for Nest Aware currently. 

  • Are you using the same account you were for the trial?
  • Have you made any changes to your network/wifi or devices connected to them?
  • Have you tried to restart your cameras lately and then sign up for the subscription?
