Paid for nest aware but it didn’t upgrade

Paid for Nest Aware but nothing changed with the service. My nest account is the gmail I upgraded with, which seems to be the only requirement. There is also 0 support and no help for troubleshooting.

Thanks for stopping by the Google Nest community. To get the best support with this issue, I'd recommend that you contact the Google Nest support team directly. They'll be able to check on possible troubleshooting options and next steps.

  1. Choose Camera from the dropdown, enter "nest aware" as the issue to help with, then click Next.
  2. Click Something else, then click Next step.
  3. Click Next step.
  4. Choose to get a call, call Google or chat with the support team.
