Thanks for reaching out. Do you need help with your Nest Aware subscription payment? You can update your payment on a web browser or using the Google Home app.

Here’s how:

1. Visit https://goo.gle/2QcwNC7.
2. Sign in with the Google Account that you used to subscribe to Nest Aware.
3. Under the Payment section, select Change payment method. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your payment method.
