I have live with two adults who work different hours than myself.   How do can I use google Presence sensing to turn on the porch light and a light inside when they come home if I am already in the house?

I would use IFTTT app on each of their phones to do this.

Brad,

Hi, if you have any suggestions that would be awesome.  I'm not looking to download an app to work an app, especially when it's to operate a major tech's device. I was hoping Google would have a walk-around on how to do this.  It looks like as long as 1 person in inside the house it will not trigger google.

I am not quite sure what you are asking, if i'm being honest. You want to be able to turn on or off the porch lights? I don't know how you would do that without having any of our Nest products, or the Nest Floodlight. It is controlled automatically via motion detection, or via controls in the Google Home App. Which Nest device do you have?

Best regards,

Brad.
