I am resetting my device and is not connecting to my wifi. Is asking for the entry key or QR code which I don’t have. How can I get this fix?

I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your Nest camera! I'm sure it's frustrating, but I'm happy to look into this and see how we can help out. I am afraid that without the QR code, or the Serial Number, you wouldn't be able to install the device. Do you still have the packaging?
