Really wish I read these posts

I really wish that I read these posts before updating my Nest subscription. Nest Aware 2.0 SUCKS and if you want what you had with the original service, you have to pay extra for it. I REGRET THE DAY I UPDATED MY SERVICE. DON'T DO IT IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO SPEND OVER $100.

ALSO, like a few other people, I was billed twice for this **bleep** service. I'm considering returning the new nest camera I bought and looking into alternative providers.

issue with 1st gen was resolved, still cannot access Nest using my non google account that was billed a nest aware subscription
