I recently upgraded to Plus from Basic and have not received the pro rated credit from the unused Basic service. I did receive an email showing the transaction, but have not received the refund.

Everything about this Nest>Google situation is impossible to get issues resolved!!! I cannot even find a way to respond to Brad claiming he resolved my issue! BS, he did not!!!
