Refund for Nest Aware after product goes offline for extended period

Hi is there anyway to be credited back for when my camera died and went offline 5+ months ago?

I was completely unaware that Nest continues to charge for nest aware when cameras are off beyond their memory tier, due to malfunction. It would have been super proactive and set me up for success as a customer to have an automation letting me know I am paying for a non-functioning service after 30 days (which is my price plan).

Thanks for visiting the Community. I'm sorry to hear that and for the delayed response here. Google Store sends an email a few months before your renewal date to ensure that you have enough time to manage your subscription. Have you tried checking your email for your subscription renewal? Also, can you share what Nest Aware plan you have to further assist you?
