Shame on you Google!Misleading customers by forcing NestAware at twice the cost that Nest charged!

Called to merge my 2 nest aware locations and was charged to join Nest Aware for my second home. Nest (pre Google) allowed me to have 5 devices in 2 locations for $60/year. Google has auto joined me to a Nest Aware account for 3 months that you are unable to find a way to cancel- even though this just happened today. 

I see on more than a dozen threads how the cancellation instructions lead to a dead end with only more upgrade offers from Google. Greedy, unprofessional and misleading company that offers horrible customer service that counts on the customer giving up after talking to Pakistan for 3 hours where they have no ability to resolve your issue, but are expert cut and paste policy emailers. 

Never will pay the credit card charge and never will trust Google again.
