So Frustrating! Can't save clips!

Every since Nest merged with Google I can not save video clips! I can look back at clips but can not save them for future use. I must be able to do this like I have been able to in the past or I have no need for them anymore. I have made post on here before and am told to turn the cameras off and on and check my router, all of the normal stuff but none of that works. Can support please email me so that I can reply to their email and not have to get on here to make a post every time? I need to be able to communicate other than on here. Thank you.
