Subscription won’t attach. I can’t view any history . Won’t record

I'm not sure what you mean by "subscription won't attach".
You can check your Nest Aware subscription on the Subscription Management page:
https://store.google.com/subscriptions
If you select your subscription, does it show the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera(s)?
If you go to your camera in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video history, which option is checked? If you go to Settings | Events | Scene events, do you have recording enabled for any events?
If you use the instructions in this Help topic, are you unable to view any history?
