Trane Heat Pump with Nest Thermostat - Blows cold air more that hot air

jbuckingham24

Every winter I have this problem. I have a Trane Heat Pump with AUX heat and a NEST Thermostat. When I would like the Trane to be blowing hot air through the vents, it mostly blows cold air with a few minutes of hot air thrown in. It is 38deg outside right now, I have the heat set for 69 and it is blowing cold air.

Below is a picture of my wiring.

I have Hone/Away set to OFF.

Early-On set to OFF

Heat Pump Balance set to MAX Comfort.

Is there anything I can check with the thermostat. I had an HVAC guy checkout my system and it is working properly.

Thanks!

I have the same issue. If the temperature drops below freezing, it blows cold air. System is only 2 years old. Down stairs unit blows warm but upstairs blows cold. The systems compete with each other.
