I have a non migrated (to Google) nest aware subscription account that I would like to cancel.
I understand that to cancel the nest aware subscription, I need to log into my nest account and cancel there.
Problem: I am unable to sign into my nest account due to the 2 step verification process and I no longer have the phone number that the code is sent to.
I’ve searched online for solutions but haven’t found any and I can’t find a number or live chat with nest where I can speak to someone live to cancel my subscription.
