Unable to set up face detection on Hub Max - restricted

I just joined Nest Aware and went to set up face detection.

It shows my floodlight/doorbell are able to do this however both my Hub Max's say they are registered in an area that restricts it by law.  Yet everything is set up in the UK where I CAN do this! In fact my Hubs already recognise me and welcome me by name on screen 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Also there's no sign of my Nest Outdoor Wired camera, despite it being transferred to Google Home ....

Not sure what to do?
